A blinding vision, that of pain
A pure refined clotless stain
A withdrawn knife, shining, of steel,
A helpless life, no more it will feel
She took her last breaths, eyes blurry
None of her thoughts were of any worry
Her hand it collapsed on the stone floor
In the pool of blood running from her core
The breathing was heavy, the moment was white
It was indeed time for her to see the light
And amidst the white, the black shadow stood
The murderer it was, sharpened like wood
His psychotic laughter rang in her ears
She laughed back; there were no fears
Nothing to be scared of, no more he could do
The murderer still laughed, and she did too
The moments were left, bitter and short,
She laughed her last laugh and stopped with a snort
His laughter stopped too as he watched her die
He saw a tear escape the corner of her eye
He dropped to the floor watching his kill
Watching her body go violently still
He reached over and took the bloody knife
Stabbed himself to death, to join his dead wife
